A New Chapter: ViSenze Joins Rezolve Ai

Over the last 12 years, we embarked on an incredible journey — pioneering breakthrough visual search in retail, developing advanced ML capabilities for product discovery, and in the last three years, breaking new ground by being the first in retail to introduce multimodal AI search to reimagine how people discover products online and in-store.

Today, I am excited to share that ViSenze is now part of Rezolve Ai (Nasdaq: RZLV), a global leader in AI-first conversational commerce and product discovery.

Rezolve’s ambitions and goals align closely with ours: to lead retail with AI, innovation, and impact. By combining our strengths with Rezolve’s, we will accelerate innovation in retail and deepen the ROI impact for retailers. 100% of our AI engineering and staff will now join the Rezolve global team. Our Singapore base will now serve as Rezolve’s regional headquarters for APAC expansion, with additional R&D to follow.
