What should I expect from the interview process?

On average, we conduct 4 rounds of interviews which includes individual or panel discussions with HR, Hiring Manager and relevant teams. During such sessions, we aim to identify the unique skillsets one may bring to the role, as well as cultural fit. We like to believe through these sessions, potential candidates will also be able to assess whether ViSenze is the right fit for them.

For Technical roles, coding and technical interviews will be required.
