VVIC was facing a critical user experience related challenge due to low quality product images posted by suppliers. These images were often of low resolution, contained watermarks and lacked product details. The existing manual process in place was costly and inefficient.


VVIC selected ViSenze’ automated tagging for low quality image detection after evaluating several computer vision and image search technology providers because of the solutions’ high level of precision and recall that helped VVIC achieve 97% accuracy for image quality control.
